Tennis Coach

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals and help them develop their skills in various sports. This is a rewarding role that requires strong coaching abilities and a desire to educate and inspire others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide coaching and instruction in various sports disciplines
- Develop training programs and practice sessions to enhance athletes' skills
- Evaluate athletes' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Create a positive and supportive environment for athletes to thrive
- Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline among athletes
- Plan and organize team practices, competitions, and events
- Ensure the safety of athletes during training sessions and competitions
- Collaborate with other coaches, parents, and staff members to coordinate team activities

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge and experience in sports coaching
- Ability to effectively educate and communicate with athletes of all ages
- Excellent leadership skills to motivate and inspire athletes
- Strong organizational skills to plan practices, competitions, and events
- Ability to provide constructive feedback for skill development
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work well with diverse groups of individuals

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 per week

**Experience**:

- Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
