**Background**

Halls is a leading provider of property and rural services across Shropshire and surrounding counties. We offer a range of services from residential and commercial sales and lettings to livestock auctions, surveying and professional valuations.

We are currently seeking a Sales Progressor to work in our busy residential property office in Ellesmere.

**Responsibilities**
- Arrange and accompany property viewings with vendors/viewers
- Maintain timely communication with vendors to provide updates, answer queries, and give feedback
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with buyers, vendors and viewers
- Manage and progress offers with vendors
- Monitor and progress the sales pipeline
- Support the delivery and growth of Financial Service referrals
- Support the sales team to ensure the delivery of a high level of service to clients
- General office administration duties

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive approach and ability to work in a team
- Strong administration and IT skills
- Experience in the property industry is essential

**Job Type**: Full Time 9.00am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm.

**Salary**: Commensurate on experience

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
