We are recruiting an experienced composite laminator and or a pattern maker to work with our highly skilled team based in Lee on the Solent..

**Role Summary**:
1. Blocking of plugs and patterns in preparation for CNC machining

2. Mould manufacturing using wet lamination, infusion and or prepreg

3. Liaise with engineering to define process for plug and tool manufacture

4. Develop and manufacture neccessary jigs and clamping solution

5. Maintain a safe and tidy composite workshop

6. Plan and schedule ongoing composite activities

7. Liaise with CNC machine centre and other manufacturing stakeholders

8. Maintain and update quality records

**About You**:
1. Strong know-how in plugs and mould making

2. Hands-on experience in composite manufacturing and lamination including infusion

3. Ability to multitask

4. Ability to work under pressure

5. Can do attitude towards technical challenges

6. Computer literate with Microsoft office

**Desirable Experience**:
1. +4 years in mould making or relevant composite manufacturing environment
