**Telematics Administrator**

This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists as a Telematics Administrator in our contact centre in Darlington.

The role of Telematics Administrator is to ensure we deliver the industry leading service our customers expect from us. In this role, you will carry out a wide range of administrative and customer support tasks. This includes providing advice and support to customers and, whilst delivering a proactive and professional service, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the operating platform. The Telematics department are the go-to contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments, for anything telematics related, for Northgate.

- You come from a fast-paced, customer-focused administration background - where you really excel in helping ensure an organised, well-managed environment for those around you to work in.
- You are a people person - you put yourself in your colleagues and customer’s shoes and communicate well with them in sometimes-difficult situations.
- You are organised and can prioritise your workload and have a fine eye for detail.
