The scale of the Real Estate projects we're undertaking is huge. And that's why we need a team of organised, efficient and astute administrators. You'll log requests for funds and invoices, produce site details and manage diaries. Plus, you'll control all service charges, lease and rent information. In short, you'll make sure our t's are crossed and our i's dotted. It's no mean feat, but it's rewarding.
We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening new stores at lightning speed. It means our Real Estate teams are always kept on their toes.
We are looking to recruit a Real Estate Assistant to join the team based in the Neston Office. Our National Real Estate Department has exciting plans to expand our store portfolio with new store openings, as well as modernising our existing portfolio. This role will give you a great opportunity to play your part in helping us achieve this.

You will control budgets, log requests for funds and invoices, analyse costs and financial reports.
**Your New Role**
- Provide organisational and administrative support to the Real Estate Director and wider team
- Prepare, analyse and create reports, presentations, memos and minutes
- Process invoices, and associated documents in accordance with departmental processes
- Co-ordinate team financial planning
- Ensure the electronic filing of documents, including scanning of documents and upload of information on to SAP
- Collate, manipulate and analyse data
**About You**
- Knowledge of Accounting and experience of using SAP
- Confident with figures, inputting data accurately (e.g. financial/numerical)
- High attention to detail (e.g. takes responsibility for double checking own work)
- Strong sense of personal organisation with the ability to plan ahead
- Able to work under pressure, multi task and prioritise workload
- Self-motivated and works effectively with mínimal supervision
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Takes personal responsibility for resolving queries and issues
- Uses initiative (e.g. questions information if it looks wrong rather than taking it at face value; looks ahead to prevent a situation escalating)
- Confident and proficient in use of Microsoft Excel
- Real Estate experience is desirable
- Accountancy experience is desirable
**What You’ll get in Return**
- Starting salary £33,390 rising to £41,460
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
- 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
