Job Overview: We are looking for a friendly individual to join our apprenticeship team to manage the department
**Preferred Qualifications/Experience for this role**:
- Safeguarding
- Excel
- IT
- English GCSE Grade 2 or above or equivalent
Previous experience and understanding of the ESFA funding requirements and Ofsted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evidencable experience of leading on apprenticeship delivery
- Enrollment and onboarding expeirence and understanding of the RPEL/RPL process
- Competent in the use and understanding of a Learner Management System, preferably Aptem
- Supporting the delivery team and monitoring learning progression
- Managing the requirements of compliance documentation
- A strong and compassionate communicator
- Representing the organisation and maintatining rapport with learners
- Encouring employer engagement
You should be energetic, professional, remain calm under pressure and be able to adapt to and support change. The confidence and proven ability to use your own initiative in addition to being able to work well with others will underpin a positive approach to your work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
