**Job Title**: Parks Administrator
**Salary**:£24,000 pro rata
**Hours**: part-time, 22.5 hours per week
**Location**: Kelling Heath Holiday Park
**Reporting to**: Parks Manager

Are you looking for an administrator role with threaded benefit of working in the fantastic natural environment of Kelling Heath? We are looking for an experienced Administrator, perhaps on a journey to becoming a PA. This is a vital role supporting the Parks Manager to ensure that the business runs smoothly.

**Why we need you...**

We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, who loves organising and prides themselves in being able to dot the i’s and cross the t’s. The role will involve interaction with Holiday Homeowners, guests and colleagues so great communication skills together with a passion for delivering great ‘customer service’ is important to us. This role will be supporting the Parks Manager by ensuring all administrative tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner to allow him to focus on the leadership and day today management of the Parks.

**Why we need you...**

This role will also include undertaking general administrative and office duties as required. Working closely alongside the Parks Manager, you will be his first point of contact and have responsibility for:

- Diary Management
- Answering telephone calls and queries
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including responding to correspondence from Holiday Homeowners, guests and staff
- Meeting management including coordinating and preparing agendas and related papers, taking minutes and following upon actions
- Producing and issuing reports

This is not an exhaustive list and as we are a small team you may be asked to assist with administrative duties across other departments.

**What experience you'll bring...**

Solid administrative experience including diary management.
Experience of working in a busy environment working to tight deadlines.
Ability to and experience of prioritising tasks
Experience of minute taking and preparing reports

**What skills you'll bring...**

Competent with Microsoft systems including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel & Word.
An eye for detail, including proof reading
Excellent typing skills
Efficient and accurate record keeping
Confidence in dealing with all stakeholders both internal and external with great interpersonal skills
Commitment to high standards of confidentiality
A team player with a flexible attitude
