**Job Summary**: As a Detailer at Magari Automotive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our vehicles maintain their impeccable appearance, reflecting the high standards that our dealership is known for. Your keen eye for detail, technical expertise, and dedication to perfection will contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience and preserving the value of our vehicles.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Detailing**: Perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing of luxury vehicles, including but not limited to washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming, while adhering to manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards.
- **Paint Correction**: Utilise advanced polishing and paint correction techniques to eliminate imperfections, swirl marks, and blemishes from vehicle paint surfaces, achieving a flawless and reflective finish.
- **Interior Care**: Thoroughly clean and rejuvenate vehicle interiors, including leather, fabric, and trim components, using specialised cleaning agents and tools to ensure a like-new appearance.
- **Wheel and Tyre Maintenance**: Clean, polish, and treat wheels and tires to showcase their aesthetic appeal and ensure a pristine look that complements the overall presentation of the vehicle.
- **Detail Inspection**: Conduct meticulous inspections before and after detailing processes to ensure the highest level of quality, addressing any oversights promptly and effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest detailing products, tools, and techniques to continuously improve your skills and enhance the quality of work.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other members of the Vehicle Maintenance team to ensure efficient workflow and seamless coordination, particularly when preparing vehicles for customer delivery or showroom display.
- **Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers when necessary, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and a customer-centric attitude.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of detailing activities, products used, and time spent on each vehicle, contributing to effective inventory management.
- **Showroom Cleaning**: Regularly clean and maintain the showroom, ensuring all vehicles on display are spotless and arranged in an appealing manner. cleaning, sanitising and maintaining all customer facing areas as well as staff areas, restocking supplies as needed, and ensuring these areas reflect the same standard of excellence as the showroom and vehicles. Our team places a strong emphasis on the implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and Clean As You Go policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in professional vehicle detailing, particularly with luxury or prestige vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and an uncompromising commitment to achieving impeccable results.
- Proficiency in using detailing tools, equipment, and chemicals.
- Knowledge of advanced paint correction techniques is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to interact courteously and professionally with clients.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
