As a Multi Trained Operative, you will support our contractual obligations for each customer, ensuring their day-to-day business needs are met in line with Service Level Agreements.

Your position will require you to spend large amounts of time on our customer’s premises. This will make you an ambassador for OnLogistics and the principal contact for handling customer specific tasks across an array of different departments. In such circumstances, you must always represent OnLogistics with professionalism and, in the event of an issue, consult with the Team Leaders.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to OnLogistics company values
- Adopt a best practice culture on all aspects of Health & Safety, ensuring full compliance with policies and legislation
- Use HR Management System to request your holidays, sickness, absence, and appointments
- Ensure you are at your place of work on time and wearing the correct uniform and PPE provided
- Abide by all customer rules and standards when working on their site
- Perform an active role in support of both your own and company Continuous Improvement
- Work shift patterns and out of hours work when required
- Continuously work towards your KPIs

**Role Specific Responsibilities**:

- Working in a day to day environment that is a fast paced Aerospace organisation
- Book in and deliver parts on time to operations
- Quality, quantity and attention to detail
- Support pre work stock take actions and the execution
- Pick and Despatch commodities under storage
- Stores picking
- Use SAP or other Work Management systems
- Pick, Pack and Ship spares parts
- Driving
- Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
- Safe manual handling of clients’ products and spare parts

Each task will require specific training and sign-off before being carried out. If you are unsure about how to perform a task, please raise this with your team leader, who will arrange for the necessary training to take place. You must not perform tasks without prior training.

- Able to work alone and in a team
- Strong time management
- Be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer and handheld device
- Computer literate
- Desirable: full UK Driving License
- Experience picking in a stores environment is desirable

Pay: From £22,725.00 per year
