£21,621.60 Per Annum (pro-rata)

42 hours per week

Shifts include: 2-week rota pattern

Week 1: 12-hour shift over 3 days (36 hours)

Week 2: 12-hour shift over 4 days (48 hours)

**About the role**

We are looking to recruit a Night Concierge at our site based in Sandwell. The role is to provide a security and signposting function to customers as part of a 24-hour service raising any concerns and reporting these in line with Policy and Procedure along with receiving visitors and customers at reception in a professional, polite, and courteous manner and deal with all routine enquiries, challenging where appropriate.

The role will involve undertaking routine building check to ensure security, health and safety and general tidiness of building. The role will also require the maintenance of CCTV, as well as keeping accurate and appropriate recordings of activities undertaken throughout the night. The role will require you to lone work for the duration of the shift and manage two dispersed buildings remotely in case of emergency. The service operates a rotational rota including weekends.

- Ability to develop and establish relationships with colleagues and customers
- Ensure confidentiality relating to customers and staff
- Solving problems using own initiative without passing them upwards where possible
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
- Produce high quality documentation when requested, e.g., team meeting minutes, weekly performance returns and audits
