**Hours**: Full Time Mon-Fri

Keela has a wide portfolio of customer bases. As part of this portfolio Keela deals with multitude of industry sectors throughout the UK & Europe. You will join a team responsible for managing key accounts and all aspects of these accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

**Key Skills**

**Essential**
- Strong organizational & co-ordination skills
- Excellent account management and relationship building skills.
- Able to work without supervision, with very good time management and organizational skills.
- Good verbal & written skills
- Confident using computers, including programmes such as Microsoft Word and Outlook, and general typing skills.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of the outdoors would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Previous experience in a similar customer service/sales role is highly desirable

**Main Responsibilities/Tasks**:

- Control key customer accounts
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
- From enquiry stage to delivery, ensuring all customer requirements are met, with ongoing communication and follow-up throughout
- Work to improve relationships with customers, and proactively provide information on new garments and other areas which may increase sales
- Monitoring stock for your key customers
- Handling customer returns
- Attend occasional trade/retail show to meet customers
- Use the company stock control system and enter your orders in to it
- Liaise/co-ordinate with the sales reps and customers about visits
- Any other reasonable request

**Person Requirements**
- You will be a great communicator with good inter-personal skills, including strong organization and co-ordination skills.
- Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- IT literate
