**What You'll do**:
As a **Composite Fitter**you will:

- Fitting and Trimming of composite components and composite moulds for projects in the Aerospace industries requiring strong attention to detail, cost and quality.
- Carrying out work in adherence to technical drawings, internal and external specifications and build instructions as appropriate ensuring accuracy and process documentation.
- Bonding and trimming assemblies in accordance with defined standards.
- Fettling moulds and patterns in accordance with defined standards.
- Cutting and bonding of pattern materials in accordance with defined standards.
- Working with manufacturing engineering to support the development of standard work instructions and taking part in design for manufacture workshops for new product introduction.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Ability to work to Methods of Manufacture
- Must be capable of lone working and in small teams
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and techniques with a willingness to support and contribute to the continuous improvement initiative
- Self-motivated team player good communication skills
- Experience in tool use

**What else do you need to know?**
- This role operates on a 37.5 hour week, day shift pattern: 07:30-16:15 Mon-Thur and 07:30-12:00 Fri
