Our copywriters and copy editors play a pivotal role in ensuring that our AI model adheres to our style guide, produces impeccably written responses, and captivates the reader. By crafting and enhancing content, you become a key contributor to elevating the overall quality of the model's output. Your efforts directly impact the long-term performance and success of Contextual's product — language models, like humans, learn through feedback so your work is crucial.

**As a writer and data labeller, you will**:

- Assess, refine, and enhance written content, both from fellow writers and our AI models.
- Skillfully diversify our writing samples by adjusting voice, style, and other distinctive characteristics.
- Adhere to our style guide and provide insights and suggestions for unique situations that extend beyond its outlined parameters.
- Execute tasks with meticulous attention to detail, including proper citation of information sources.
