This post is based currently at Sanger House, Brockworth. From July 2023 the post will be based at Shire Hall, Gloucester with an element of remote working. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate: Experience in administration in an office environment, preferably in a health care setting. An ability to work unsupervised and display initiative, whilst working autonomously or as part of a team.
Multitasking and prioritisation of their own workload and that of the team. Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills. High level of competency in keyboard and IT skills. A good telephone manner.
Accuracy and attention to detail. Flexibility, reliability and accountability. A working understanding of confidentiality and data protection relating to patient information. Provide dedicated system support towards the maintenance of the patient database, producing and collating data as requested for specific purposes.
Support the cleansing of data within the database to support the accuracy of reporting.
