In this role, you will be providing day to day operational management of the in-house Real Estate team

Your responsibilities will include:

- Line manage and coach all direct reports
- Be the primary point of contact for business stakeholders on all Real Estate matters relating to delivery of Operational support and Consultancy advice in connection with loan origination, servicing of existing loan books and the provision of property marketupdates;
- Managing the Real Estate response to meeting the bank's regulatory obligations in respect to portfolio landlords and high exposure loans
- Provide a suite of monthly MI relating to service delivery
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge of market sentiment in jurisdictions where assets reside and to consider market risks/changes within the bank's core lending markets;
We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:

- An RICS qualified surveyor with at least 5 years' experience in property valuation, ideally within the Financial Services industry
- Robust knowledge of the "Red Book" and RICS Valuation Guidance Notes
- Previous experience in team leadership/management
- High focus on customer service and delivery
