The Security Team is responsible for managing the communal areas falling part of a marina development, within which there are residential properties and commercial businesses surrounding a Marina Basin.
Our expert teams are extremely passionate about protecting the sites assets in accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions.
**SECURITY ROLE**
Working as part of the Security Services team under the guidance of a Site Co-Ordinator, you will maintain and monitor our site in accordance with our Management Plan, Company and legislative requirements, having responsibility for your own key areas and tasks such as CCTV duties.
You will assist with the execution of all site compliance to include;
- Carry out administrative duties in accordance with the sites policies
- Operating and monitoring 24/7 365 the CCTV, gates, barriers and intercom systems
- To be compliant with Industry and Statutory Legislation (you are required to obtain a front-line licence in either Security Guarding or Door Supervision), which must be worn at all times whilst carrying out your duties.
- Operating four wheeled motorised vehicles
- Patrolling the site on foot and by motorised vehicles
- Providing additional support during periods of adverse weather conditions
**HOURS OF WORK**
You will be required to work 12-hour shifts, on rotation of 4 day, 4 off, 4 night 4 off patterns, 5:30am - 17:30pm or 17:30pm - 5:30am. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive your contracted hours.
As our site is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends and public holidays, dependent on how your shift patterns fall.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Customer Service and Computer Skills
- Previous Security Experience, desirable but not essential
- SIA Licence (essential)
- Full clean driving licence
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £10.62 per hour
