**At Altrincham Accident repair Centre we are excited to announce we have a new vacancy for a Body Shop Administrator/.**
**The Role**
**Your role will include the following;**
- Answering all incoming calls in a professional manner & relay all message's to the production teams.
- Assist with scanning of paperwork on jobs in progress.
- Liaising with engineers, insurers and accident management companies providing updates, authorities and any other relevant information
- To work alongside the Data Protection Act 1998
- Use the Advance Body shop system to book jobs in and out of the garage
- Working closely with workshop controller to give clients accurate updates for estimating.
- Use of the card machine to obtain excess and VAT payments.
- Liaising with salvage companies when a vehicle has been deemed a total loss.
- Objection handling, the ability to find a resolve in any complaint relevant to the department.
- Strong team player, but also the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience within the automotive industry, claims handling, or administration would be desirable.
**The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 09:00 until 17:00 with a holiday allowance that includes bank holidays.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
