Receptionist required to join our friendly team - Normally 20 hours per week over 4 days on a rota basis. Hours and Shifts vary depending on needs but these are the times of our normal shift Patten 7-12 /7.30-12.30 or 2-7 mainly with occasional shifts 3-8 or 4-9 Full Time hours are also available based on a 5 day week if preferred THIS POSITION DOES INCLUDE WEEKEND SHIFTS ON A ROTA BASIS. The job is a permanent on-going role.

Hotel Receptionist/Front of House Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Hotel Receptionist is responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests, in line with the hotel’s vision and values on customer satisfaction. The main purposes of the hotel reception area’s staff are to respond courteously to guests’ requests, play a part in the general running of the reception desk and help the owners to maintain a smooth room bookings service.

.Own transport is an advantage.
