Security Concierge

Guardsman Security is recruiting for a Security Concierge located in Whitley Bay.

**Days per week**
- Full Time - 40 - 50 Hours Per Week - 4 - 5 days

Part Time 20 - 30 Hours Per Weel 2 - 3 days

**Rate of pay** - PAYE £10.72 or £12.68 UTR

**Times -** 2200 - 0800

Start date 1st April 2023.

**Responsibilities.**
- Ensure the property is secure and tenants safe.
- Protect the service users from any form of abuse and report any suspicions.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, protocols, and risk assessments to ensure safe practices.
- Ensure that safeguarding systems in place are being followed and used for their designed purpose
- Ensuring that any issues are dealt with sensitively.
- Positively work with any outside agencies where required.
- Ensure all complaints, accidents, incidents or issues are documented and reported to the service manager on handover.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all information

**Record**
- Detail any issues that have arisen whilst on shift on the relevant paper-work.

**Requirements -**
- Clean Driving Licence and Vehicle
- SIA Licence
- Checkable Work History
- Excellent Written and Oral English
- 12 Months experience

**Salary**: £10.75 per hour
