Our client has had an increase in business and are looking to expand their team They are looking for an individual to supervise the production shift to meet the production plan efficiently, safely to high standards of quality. Are you looking to take the next step in your career?

**Location**:Shirebrook, Nottinghamshire

**Hours of work**: Permanent Nights, 6pm to 6am / Continental Shifts (4 nights with four days off in between)

**Salary**:£13.05 per hour

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervising a team of approximately 4 people, including their productivity, performance, attendance, conduct and development
- Adhering to and leading the shift on all health and safety requirements
- Driving the production shift to meet the production plan
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed in full and accurately
- Preparing paperwork for each product batched/prepared
- Problem solving when issues and challenges arise
- Liaising proactively with the office-based team, Shift Production Managers and Factory Production Manager
- Computer based work using Microsoft Office and in-house database
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene/cleaning and food safety are adhered to overseeing deep cleans of area

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
- Supervisory experience, ideally within the food manufacturing sector
- Good communication skills and command of English, both verbally and written
- Ability to lead by example and sustain a good team working culture
- Problem solver, with the ability to make sound decisions (with support, where needed) in a faced paced environment
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office (particularly in Excel)
