We have a dedicated team of technically minded people with a passion for improving customer experience for our customers through more efficient communication. VoCoVo is a rapidly growing telecoms company, providing an integrated software and hardware solution to some of the biggest names in retail - with customers across the globe. We are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to ensure our customer orders are dispatched on time to the correct quality standard.

**Responsibilities**
- Pick equipment for orders as per the pick sheet
- Using a computer, connect the picked equipment with the correct customer script
- Program our controllers with pre-written script specific to individual customer requirements
- Liaise with other departments to understand exactly what each customer requirements are & that you have the correct script to use
- Keep accurate records
- Loading, unloading, checking, moving, storing, palletising, picking or packing products
- Understand and continuously improve operating procedures for each task
- Train new employees where required
- Always ensure that you are complying with the company's Health & Safety policy and procedures
- Implement and ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained in your area of work
