**Main duties**
As our Concierge, you will be...
- providing an efficient and welcoming reception service, giving all visitors their first taste of the WCS Care experience; responding to a wide range of enquiries, taking detailed and accurate messages, whilst keeping the reception area tidy
- answering all phone calls, dealing with the queries and/or taking detailed accurate messages and forwarding on to the correct member of staff
- sorting and distributing any post that arrives
- taking responsibility for the staging of the concepts within the home, such as the hairdressers
- providing support to the management team with their administrative tasks and the management team’s electronic diaries
- processing purchase invoices, forwarding to Head Office for payment and to maintain accurate budgetary records
- maintaining accurate records of Residents’ Fund, Residents’ Property and Petty Cash expenditure
- being the liaison between outside agencies and staff, residents, relatives, and others
- undertaking other duties that may be required in line with this level of post
