**SEO MANAGER**

We are currently recruiting for an SEO Manager for a fast-growing Digital Marketing agency with offices across the country and they are looking for someone to join their York team on a hybrid basis. Our client works with household names as well as new brandsand businesses and they want a passionate leader to join them in this period of growth.

**WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW**:

- Salary Up to £40,000 per annum
- Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office in York centre, 3 days per week working from home
- Usual working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
- 22 days holiday (rising with length of service) plus bank holidays **and your birthday off**:

**A SNAPSHOT OF THE SEO MANAGER ROLE**:

- Responsible for the performance of the SEO department which consists of a team of 8 people
- Responsible for the SEO strategies and deliverable on client campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on client campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Working with client budgets as well as internal budgets
- Auditing and analysing the websites SEO performance
- Identifying any issues and opportunities
- Experimenting with solutions to enhance performance of campaigns
- Ensuring the highest of client satisfaction and success

**SKILLS / EXPERIENCE DESIRED**:

- Have experience within a similar role - in a digital agency would be desirable but not essential
- Hands on experience within technical SEO
- Be able to motivate and lead a team of consultants and team leaders
- Have experience using industry tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, Moz, Majestic, SEMrush etc.
- Be a passionate and positive person who can think outside of the box and solve problems.
