- Sales Excellence: Drive sales through proactive engagement with clients, offering styling suggestions, and upselling complementary pieces to enhance their purchases.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that displays are enticing, organized, and reflective of the brand's aesthetic.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, sharing insights and best practices to optimize performance.
- Client Follow-Up: Provide post-purchase support, including follow-up communication and assistance with any inquiries or concerns, to foster long-term client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for luxury fashion and jewellery, with a keen eye for style and trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
