We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Business Analysis to join our Enterprise Change, Resiliency & Sourcing Office team. This role is located in Manchester, Hybrid.

**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:

- Responsible for the ongoing, independent oversight of complex business continuity compliance activities and recovery management governance for an assigned function and in preparation for potential crises and technology and information losses, among other risks.
- Advises and assists the assigned function with the assessment of and monitoring and reporting on key indicators of business continuity and recovery preparedness.

- Consults with stakeholders to analyze, define, and prioritize business requirements and functional and operational specifications for a functional work stream.
- Formulates and defines program scope and objectives for the work stream with thorough understanding of business processes in a specific business domain.
- Represents the business to all areas of IT in resolving issues and developing technology solutions.
- Elicits, challenges, and prioritizes business requirements. Translates into functional design and use case models.
- May lead a functional work stream, be a point of contact and be accountable for the delivery on a large-scale program.
- Gathers and analyzes information and develops recommendations to address major business objectives that span multiple, global business and technology areas.
- Uses broad knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements and BNY Mellon corporate policies involving risk and control to support the development of improved business processes through technology.
- No direct reports, provides guidance to less experienced colleagues

- Proficient with MS Suite, JIRA, Agile Methodology
