Amour Recruitment are working with an insurance business that provides Life Insurance products for new and existing homeowners.

**Job Title**: Protection Consultant

**Location**:Fareham

**Salary**:£25,000 p/a plus uncapped commission which could earn you up to £60,000-£70,000

**Hours of work**:Mon-Thursday between 10am-8pm Friday 10-6pm

**Role Purpose**:
You will be responsible for both inbound and outbound calls to advise and sell life insurance to customers.

**This Role**:
This is an office-based role for a highly motivated individual who has experience within telephone sales. You will be challenged to hit inbound and outbound sales targets. Providing excellent customer service is essential in this role. You will be providing clear guidance on the various insurance options that are available to them and help them find the right product to fulfil their needs.

**Idea skills and experience**:

- Experience in a telephone sales-based role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous daily use of a CRM system.
- Managing and prioritizing your own workload.
