Service Desk Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT department in Minworth.

**Salary**: £27,000

Shift: Monday to Friday - rotational shift pattern changing weekly: 6am - 2pm, 9am - 5pm, 1pm - 9pm

Hybrid working: You would be able to work 1 day a week from home and any additional days can be discussed.
- Logging and classification of incidents.
- Investigation and diagnosis of incidents.
- Proactive monitoring of incidents ensuring timely escalation, resolution, and incident closure.
- Policy & procedural control checks such as auditing starters/leavers process, asset registering and management
- System Builds (End user compute devices)
- Logging Incidents with 3rd parties.
- Providing Out of Hours Support to the Business as agreed with line manager
- Be part of Service Desk rota.
- Monitor system environment and raise incidents as necessary
- Undertake operational security activities as required to protect the environment

**Qualifications**
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with strong Customer Focused Mindset.
- Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange administration skills
- IT desktop support which should include Windows, Microsoft Office and O365
- Experience of working with bespoke software.
- Working knowledge of IT networking
- Any knowledge and experience of Warehouse or Transport Management Systems
- Proven experience in a busy customer focused environment
- Excellent telephone manner with proven ability in customer service techniques.
