**Front of House Staff / Barista**

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Deliver outstanding customer experience at all times whilst maintaining a welcoming clean environment
- Product knowledge and confidently promote to enhance sales
- Clean As You Go - Keep all work areas clean at all times
- Washing up pots, pans + crockery throughout the shift
- Handcraft hot and cold beverages
- Maintain high levels of Food Safety + knowledge of allergens
- Undertake any ad hoc duties as required by the Shift Leader, Supervisor or Manager
- Assisting in the kitchen when needed
- Interacting with customers and working as a team

**Personal Specification**:

- Experience working in a cafe/barista environment
- A good level of spoken and written English and you can understand and are happy to follow instructions
- A passion for good food and a flair for cooking
- Ability to multitask and to spot the smaller details
- Good communication skills to provide excellent customer service

**Job Types**: Part Time + Weekend Work (2-3 days per week), Full Time (4-5 days per week)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £8.00-£12.00 per hour
