_**Sales Representative**_

MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with a forward-thinking, dynamic supplier to the construction industry in the UK and Ireland. Due to new contracts they now have an opportunity for a Sales Representative to join their team and participate in their growth plans.

**What you’ll be Doing**:
You will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities with customers throughout Ireland. Primarily through self-generated leads, you will manage the full sales process from initial contact through to closed sale.

You’ll manage and update the CRM, logging queries and ensuring high quality information and prepare monthly performance reports across KPIs.

You’ll manage existing accounts for growth by building strategic business relationships with key customers.

You’ll liaise closely with our Production Team regarding customer drawings/specifications, ensure accurate technical guidance is provided to customers and overall ensuring that all orders are managed efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction.

You’ll also get involved in helping to write tenders and proposals to help us win public sector projects.

**Who we are Looking for**:
You will be an ambitious sales-person with both the hunger to uncover sales opportunities and the tenacity and resilience to successfully close sales. You’ll have the energy and enthusiasm for working in a hands-on work environment and be skilled in building rapport with colleagues and customers. You’ll be able to work on your own initiative without the need for supervision. You’ll have strong communication skills and be able to communicate clearly in both verbal presentations and in written proposals.

In terms of experience: You will have a minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience. Ideally you will have experience within construction or manufacturing sector. Bid or Proposal writing skills would be desirable. You will need a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.

**Salary**: £35,000.00 per year
