**THE ROLE**:
You’ll be working closely with our Operations Director to assist with a variety of administrative tasks across our People Operations. We currently have a team of 50 employees, and we’re continuing to grow this year. The main focus of your role will be to assist in ensuring our team are well supported throughout their employment; from onboarding through to exiting the business.Under the guidance of our Operations Director, you’ll be tasked with looking after employee administration, some HR support and administration of our HR system, organisation of company events and training, supporting the relationship with our charity partner, and any other business-related admin as required. This is a part-time role, 10 hours per week, and we’re happy to be flexible around the days and times you’d like to work (within a Monday to Friday schedule). For the right person, there is a possibility for the role to grow as our company grows.

**Your role will include but not be limited to;**
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees; ensuring procedures are followed and relevant information is communicated both internally and externally, supporting our managers where required.
- Administering the offboarding process for exiting employees, ensuring all tasks are completed within acceptable time frames and handling any requests for employment references.
- Managing our HR database - maintaining comprehensive HR records for all employees as well as developing, monitoring and updating procedures; ensuring they are effectively communicated and adhered to, including some training of new starts.
- Maintain the relationship and act as the main point of contact with our charity partner - communicating with and supporting the Operations Director to execute our “Giving

Back” strategy.
- Other administration as required, including: booking and setting up meeting spaces, taking minutes at meetings and circulating, arranging travel and accommodation.
