**Order Processor**

**Location: Guildford**

**Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 + Benefits**

**Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm**

**Permanent, Full Time**

Are you organised and thrive working in a collaborative organisation?

We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to order Materials and Equipment based on the Company needs of Plumbing and heating requirements. Other duties will include small works estimating, maintaining supplier relationships and assisting Procurement Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
Order Processing -Material orders/Plant hire orders/Daily Vanstock orders

Track order and ensure timely delivery

Update internal Databases with Order Details

Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders

Small Works estimating

Admin Duties

Assistant to Procurement Manager when required

**Requirements**:
Work Experience as a Purchasing Assistant or similar role

Good understanding of order processing

Knowledge of Excel

Knowledge in the Plumbing and heating Industry desirable
