**Saturday Rental Receptionist - Part Time**

Based Ashford, Kent

8.5 hours per week - Every Saturday 8:00am - 5:30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

**About the Role**

**Objectives**:
**Main Duties, Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- To book vehicles in and out of the computerised ProHire software system (training will be provided), ensuring that hirers are qualified as to their suitability to hire;
- To safely and efficiently advise hirers in the use and controls of the vehicle/equipment being hired;
- To look for opportunities to promote and sell other services to customers
- To help with general admin and other duties as and when required

**Personal Characteristics**
- Friendly and approachable character with good communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work under pressure, and alone if necessary;
- A helpful nature and a willingness to sort out customers’ requirements;
- Enthusiastic and responsible attitude;
- Common sense;
- Confidence to take decisions;
- Willingness to learn and to assist others without waiting to be asked.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8.5 per week
