Location: Huddersfield Area

Grade: PBT6-2

**Salary**: £30,838 OTE £50,000

Hours: Predominately Monday - Friday, rotating shifts between 07:00 - 20:00. You will also be required to work the occasional weekend.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Acting as a brand ambassador for the AA, ensuring that the service provided to the customer is of the highest standard
- Maintaining and servicing customers vehicles efficiently, ensuring that the interior and exterior of the vehicle are always clean and tidy
- Proactively ensuring that stocks of required parts and tools carried in the vehicle are always at maximum levels and monitoring parts usage to ensure the correct levels are maintained
- Providing technical assistance on the telephone to cover Operators, Customers, and Co-ordinators
- Maintaining a high standard of serviceability and cleanliness for all equipment

**What do I need?**:

- L2 or L3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Recent garage experience
- Good knowledge of electrical and fuel and ignition systems of vehicles
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely and in a professional manner
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer care during a breakdown situation
- A full valid driving licence covering B or BE categories
