The role will be within the Conference and Events department which sits within the Directorate of Foundation Alumni and Events. The department is responsible for all promotion, sales and hire of commercial event space on the University estate. The delivery of these events is also managed by the department and includes the coordination of logístical arrangements e.g. catering and audio-visual arrangements. In addition to commercial events the team also deliver a series of University corporate events each year which include events like public lectures, masterclasses and dinners.
