**Who Are We?**

Founded in 2012, PFM Group is a growing and ambitious Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance company. We undertake work for a number of well-known and established property management companies and currently have a portfolio of around 200 sites nationwide. The PFM Group is currently looking to employ a temporary Grounds Maintenance Operative to work as part of a team on a site in Birmingham.

**About the role**:

- As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be undertaking all aspects of grounds maintenance and landscaping duties on our clients’ sites which include retail and business parks, office blocks, industrial estates, and residential properties.
- The job is a full-time role. You will be required to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, with a start time of 6:30am.
- You will be using pedestrian and ride-on mowers, hedge trimmers, brushcutters, leaf blowers and backpack sprayers. Ideally you will have good experience in the use of this equipment.
- You will be required to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- All equipment and PPE will be provided.

**Essential attributes**:

- Previous experience in a grounds maintenance or landscaping role.
- Someone that is hard working, reliable, trustworthy and has the ability to work independently if needed.
- Good time management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and someone that takes pride in their work.
- Someone that enjoys the outdoors.

**Desired qualifications**
- Certificates of competence for equipment such as mowers, hedge trimmers and brushcutters.
- Safe use of pesticides - PA1 & PA6.
- Chainsaw - CS 30 & CS 31.
