Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Promote and sell products or services over the phone
- Provide information and answer questions about products or services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
**Skills**:
- Strong telemarketing and sales skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using telemarketing software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,988.00-£24,076.00 per year
