We have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time **Commercial Patient Coordinator **to join our friendly team at **Prospect Street Dental. **Prior Clinical/Dental knowledge is needed to be successful in this role.

We are a private dental practice located in Caversham, Reading, Berkshire, just a short walk away from the train station and town centre. Providing care to patients for over 45 years (Est in 1975) with the highest quality dental treatment, we combine our clinical excellence with the newest technology and a warm friendly team, we've created a friction-less experience that allows us to focus on what matters most.

Role and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Responsible for reviewing and actioning all outstanding/failed/upcoming recalls
- Weekly reviews of all lapsed patients and contacting directly to reactivate
- Overseeing and actioning any treatment courses for routine and/or specialist care, including follow up letters issuing treatment information packs, and providing aftercare guidance
- Liaising with clinicians to ensure diary space is maximised for all types of treatment (including diary zoning if appropriate)
- Tracking scanner usage and uptake, including patient conversion
- Suggesting, agreeing and planning promotional activity for open days and ad hoc treatment focus
- Providing weekly updates on active patients numbers and diary utilisation
