Are you an experienced Scaffolding Estimator ready for a new challenge?

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Scaffolder Surveyor/Estimator. As we embark on an exciting period of growth, your role will play a pivotal part in shaping the success of their domestic and commercial projects.

With over 25 years of expertise in the construction industry and boasting a team of nearly 100 highly skilled professionals, our client is uniquely positioned to cater to its customers' diverse needs.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a Scaffolding Estimator / Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, scaffolding specific training would be given to the right person
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a keen understanding of Construction Drawings
- Be able to work independently and a part of small team
- Hold a valid UK Drivers Licence
- Be proficient in Word and Excel, knowledge of EQUE2 would be advantageous.

**What will your role look like?**
- Provide accurate pricing for both domestic and commercial projects
- Act as the main point of contact for clients pre-award, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Proactively target and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure timely follow-up with contractors on submitted tenders
- Assist in managing multiple active sites/projects and ensuring contract cost control
