**Customer Hub Manager**

**Salary: £34,000 - £42,000 dependant on experience**

**Plus £5,000 Bonus + Company Car or Car Allowance + a Range of Additional Benefits**

**Customer Hub Manager Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Managing a key customer base, to support growth and retention
- Leading a team of people who have responsibility for their own group of customers
- Ongoing and effective performance management, conducting monthly team meetings focusing on performance
- Managing one to one's with the team
- Assessing your team's development, career mapping and succession planning
- Acting as a point of escalation for clients, taking ownership of possible issues
- Assessing and implementing departmental strategies with the overall aim of improving service levels and productivity
- Providing an upward flow of management information
- Supporting with onboarding of new customers and assisting with overall implementation
- Working with other areas of the business such as Implementation, People & Coaching, HR & Recruitment

**What we are looking for in the Customer Hub Manager**:

- Excellent experience of working within a customer focused management role, leading a larger team
- Outstanding customer service or account management experience
- The ability to build and develop relationships
- Able to coach and support the team and lead by example
- You will have excellent analytical skills with strong knowledge of Excel
- Excellent time management and organisation capability
- Excellent IT and general systems knowledge
- Able to handle complex customer issues and queries at a high level
