About the Team
About the Role
You will lead GSMA’s Information Security function, with opportunity to shape and manage GSMA’s information security posture, impacting the business approach, our security processes and cyber protection, and help establish a secure IT environment.
You will help determine the GSMA’s InfoSec activities, zeroing in on those likely to have the greatest impact in achieving our desired security posture. You will set the short, medium and long-term agenda for InfoSec, keeping abreast of the ever-changing Information Security environment, and pivoting strategy as applicable.
You will establish applicable policies and procedures, working closely with the wider business and partners, to ensure InfoSec becomes ingrained in the fabric of GSMA’s processes and culture.

About You
You have experience of developing and executing Information Security strategy and roadmaps.
You value continuous improvement, keeping abreast with developments in IT security standards and threats.
You direct, mentor, coach and review and delegate as appropriate to enable your team to deliver.
You will have strong stakeholder management experience and have worked closely with other SMEs to ensure effective GRC controls and practices are in place and adhered to.
