An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Estimator or Senior Estimator to join a dynamic forward thinking mechanical company. Our client is looking to expand their Pre-Construction Team through the acquisition of a new Senior Mechanical Estimator.Gap Construction are excited to partner up with this company who have a sterling reputation across the industry. Our client specialises in residential and commercial projects ranging from £500k-£2.5m.
**Performance Objectives**
- Experience managing multiple projects and tendering for multiple projects at a time.
- You will be managing a team of 2-3 other estimators ranging from junior estimators to experienced estimators.
- Submitting mechanical tenders ranging from £500k-£2.5M.
- Continuously develop new business opportunities and client relationships.

**Person Specification**
- 5 years' experience minimum as an estimator.
- Previous commercial and residential experience is essential.
- HNC/HND qualifications are desirable but not essential.
