**Responsibilities and Duties**

As a Driver, you will be an integral part of ensuring our deliveries and collections, some of which are timed, are made to our clients, in a friendly, and professional manner. We make drops to High Street, Business Parks, Industrial Estates, Farms and Private Addresses, so experience is essential.
- Prep vehicle for loading and unloading.
- Perform full vehicle checks.
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner.

**Salary: £11.58 per hour Monday to Friday**

Monday -Friday 07:30 HRS Start Time = 10-hour shift with a 45 minutes break

Plus Weekday and Saturday Morning overtime available at Premium Rate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Willing to learn local geographical knowledge
- Deliver curb-side pallet goods coming in all shapes and sizes only from 5-14 per day.
- Collection of hub collection pallets, back to the depot.
- Professionally interact with customers always.
- Complete daily maintenance checks on the vehicle and reports any issues
- Drive-in inclement weather, such as light snow
- Administration ability to manage and maintain delivery and collection paperwork.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

**Experience Required**:

- Ideally, at least one 1-year multidrop experience in van
- Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience
- Ability and knowledge of lifting and handling procedures
- Work well independently using initiative and common sense
- Open and transparent communication verbal and written
- Familiarity with GPS devices / able to read a map
