Join our team at Kafe Rose, where we're dedicated to crafting exceptional coffee experiences for our community. We're currently seeking experienced individuals for both full-time and part-time Barista/front of house positions.

**Position**: Experienced Coffee Barista/ front of house (Full-time & Part-time)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Uphold high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to create memorable experiences.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment, collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Help with kitchen and other duties when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista in a fast-paced café environment.
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk steaming.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Flexible availability, with mandatory shifts on Fridays and Saturdays due to high demand.
