**ESOL Administrator **

Up to £19,500 (pro rata if part time, depending on skills and experience)

Up to 37 hours per week

**City College Southampton is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with an eagerness to learn and develop to join our friendly and busy ESOL team.**

As an ESOL Administrator at City College Southampton you will support the ESOL Learning Manager, Family Learning Co-ordinator and ESOL teachers with admission and enrolment activities; maintaining and updating the various ESOL trackers; preparing and managingthe exam folders; note taking of team meetings; and ensuring electronic records and hard copy files are fit for purpose, accurate and up to date.

We are looking for someone who has a positive, flexible and student-focused approach that can build good working relationships with a broad range of people and is able to communicate well with students who do not have English as a first language.Alongwith excellent attention to detail, you will be highly organised and able to work using your own initiative to ensure you meet deadlines.

The role will suit someone with experience of working in a busy administrative role, providing excellent customer service.Experience in an administrative role is advantageous. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential.

This will be an office-based position with occasional evening work at the start of the academic year.Start and finish times will be discussed at interview.
