**Job Purpose**

Due to ongoing growth, Radius is looking for a **Credit Supervisor** to drive the day to day activity of a busy DD collections team for UK and Ireland Telematics. This division currently has c15k customers with monthly subscriptions with complexity being added as products and key accounts are transitioning from acquired entities into the RTL company. The Credit Supervisor will be responsible for managing collection team s. The role holder will work directly with the credit manager to meet cash collections targets and improve debt recovery performance. The Role will suit someone with pervious collection experience who is looking to drive change in debt management and improve processes.

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Deliver cash collection targets every month.
- Plan the efficient allocation and prioritisation of team workloads to ensure monthly collections targets are met.
- Identify risks and issues impacting collection from daily activities. Work with the credit manager on policy, process, or procedural changes to mitigate risk and drive improvement.
- Continually challenge and review the collections processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of collection process.
- Build strong and effective working relationships with stakeholders to support the business with customer retention and financial targets from your role.
- Coaching, training and supporting team members to achieve individual targets.
- Manage individual and team performance to achieve overall targets using SMART objectives.
- Manage monthly 1-2-1s and collection performance objectives for the team.

**What do we expect of you?**
- Strong collections background, preferably with both early day and arrears experience.
- Experience in an FCA regulated environment would be an advantage.
- Microsoft Office skills, proficient in Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and keep to deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to operate at all levels internally and externally
- Highly presentable with strong organisational and motivational skills
- A ‘can do’ positive attitude and comfortable ‘rolling your sleeves up’
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to continually challenge the status quo and drive a continuous improvement mindset in your team
