We are seeking to expand and enhance the Special Educational Needs team in Hartlepool. It will involve developing relationships with parents, children, young people, teachers, other professionals in schools, social care staff, health professionals and other agencies. A strong commitment to working with others in a collaborative way is therefore essential.

The vacancy for Support Officer within the Special Educational Needs and Disability Service is based at the Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning.
