**Job Description - Direct Sales Representative**

As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating customer awareness and promoting the company's services. The direct sales representative’s responsibilities include identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement, engaging with members of the public to create fundraising campaigns, speaking with potential donors, raising awareness for campaigns and assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans. You should also be able to answer customers’ questions regarding our service pricing, features, and benefits offered by the company.

To perform this job role, you should have excellent sales skills, the ability to work under zero supervision, demonstrate strong negotiation skills and convince customers to the benefits and importance of the company and inspire individuals to support our campaigns. You should also possess an outstanding organizational skill, and good networking skills as well.

**Responsibilities**
- Presenting the platform’s services to potential customers and members of the public.
- Identifying the potential customers via cold calling.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly and yearly revenue goals and expectations.
- Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present the platform’s services.
- Taking feedbacks from the customers and working upon them.
- Making sure the customers are well informed about the company.
- Tracking and analysing direct sales performance metrics.
- Attending shows and other industry-related events on behalf of the company to sign up Campaign Creators and donors.
- Resolving customers complaints and issues if any.
- Building a positive relationship with the customers.
- Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports and presenting them to the higher management.
- Staying up-to-date onthe latest technologies and business developments in the industry.

**Direct Sales Representative Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field is advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Direct Sales Representative or a similar role in Sales.
- The ability to retain important information.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Active listening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
