**Technical Support Administrator - Heavy Plant Machinery**
The role of Technical Support Administrator contributes to the success of the department and organisation by participating in the efficient administration of multiple departments whilst working within the Company’s key result areas; Business Performance, CustomerFocus, People and Teamwork, Leadership.

**What’s involved in the role**:

- Provide data on any warranty trends noted
- Monitoring and reporting the completion of service information within the due dates supplied by the factories
- Produce spreadsheets, dashboards, and statistics for monthly reporting and data tracking within the warranty, training, and technical departments
- Supply training to depot administrators and engineers on the documentation required to process and submit a claim
- To assist in continuous service improvement process by reviewing and developing internal processes and systems to make for more efficient administration
- Confirm the validity of warranty claims received to maximise the recovery of labour, materials, spare parts, and sub-contractor costs of each claim
- Prepare clear, concise and accurate claims, to the factories
- Question the validity of a claim at any stage in the process, obtaining further information from the depot and communicating effectively with the concerned factory
- Prepare correct documentation for returning failed parts to factories
- Establish and maintain good communication and relationships between factories and internal departments in the UK and abroad
- Issuing credit note requests
- Prepare, distribute, and monitor documentation for Extended Warranties and Contracts
- Undertake other tasks that may be required from time to time by Liebherr - Great Britain Ltd
- Undertake all work in accordance with the company’s Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental policies and arrangements, Implement safe systems of work as necessary

**What you will need**:

- Able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and / or industry is desired
- Proficient in excel i.e. building of spreadsheets, dashboards
- Experience in data analysis and report creation
- GCSE passes grades A-C in Mathematics and English or equivalent
- Good communicator at all levels
- Flexible approach to work
- Ability to use own initiative
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate and able to demonstrate uses of IT relevant to role
- Keep up to date on technical skills and knowledge

**Hours: **Monday - Friday, flexi time available covering 40 hours office based
