**Workshop Administrator Vacancy - Hayes**

**Salary**: £32,000 basic

Hours: 42.5hr Week, Negotiable and Flexible Hours

We have a new vacancy for a Workshop Administrator for our client's commercial main dealership in the Heathrow area. My client is a well-known brand and company that are going through an extensive growth period with a lot of big plans for this year. Thisis a fantastic opportunity for a Workshop Administrator to join a high performing aftersales department. This role suits a Service Workshop looking for a long-term fix and progression.

**The Role**:

- You will be tasked with the invoicing, administration within the service department.
- Preparing documentation relating to transactions, in a methodical and accurate manner.
- Maintaining an efficient document storage system, which allows for prompt retrieval of information.
- Preparing accurate quotations for vehicle servicing and maintenance needs.
- Preparing invoices.
- Maintaining accurate payment records.

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience within the Motor trade.
- Ideally looking for someone who has previous experience as a Service Administrator though may consider a Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity.
