Roadspace Coordinator

We are looking for a Roadspace Coordinator to join a depot in Glasgow, Polmadie. This is a FTC for the next 3 months.

5 days per week, 9am-5pm.

Essential Experience: having used the Scottish Road Works Register System previously.

Job details:

- Provide support to the Journey Time Reliability Coordinator, to minimise disruption to the travelling public by managing the allocation of road space and coordination of all works.
- Manage the population and maintenance of the Traffic Scotland CMS system and ensure that all contract requirements in relation to its operation are fulfilled.

- Ensure that the Scottish Road Works Register is properly populated and maintained, and all legal and contractual requirements are fulfilled.
- Deal with road space enquiries from Statutory Undertakers, Third Parties and Local Authorities
- Produce programmes of works and reports for meetings ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
- KPI driven environment
